With Liza Colley
Regain balance and promote your body's innate healing mechanisms. Includes muscle testing, learning self testing, basic energy techniques and crystal layouts. Energy therapy will stimulate the flow of energy in and around the your body.
Nutrition and Cooking
With Niki from Rebel Recipes.
Your retreat includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, created and lovingly prepared cooked by Rebel Recipes. On this retreat you'll also learn how to create your own healthy and delicious plant based dishes in two informal workshops.
Yoga & Meditation
With Andy from Movement & Mind
Soothe your mind and nurture your body with up to two daily hatha yoga sessions, suitable for all ages and abilities.
Start and end the day with meditation. No previous experience necessary.
Mindfulness in Nature
During a short walk in the surroundings of the Shropshire landscape you'll learn about mindfulness and how to apply it to your daily life for either stress and anxiety relief, to overcome fears and addictions or to achieve your goals and become the best version of yourself.
Set in the beautiful Shropshire countryside at Eaton Manor. It's the perfect setting for a relaxing retreat, with spectacular views to the dramatic Wenlock Edge and along the valley. Rooms are shared (2 to a room). Single occupancy available at additional cost, enquire for details.

"Let your food be your medicine"... Experience plant based food to satisfy for soul as well as your appetite. Even if you're not a vegan or vegetarian, you'll be impressed with the amount of flavour Niki packs into her food, your body will thank you for it!

Liza is a fully qualified holistic and energy therapist trained in Kinesiology, Crystals, Vibrational Medicine, Energy Editing and Barrs. She specialises in parents and children but warmly embraces all who are drawn to working with her.

Niki is a freelance food consultant, recipe creator, food stylist and photographer and IIN health coach. Her award winning food blog Rebel Recipes is where she shares her delicious but easy plant based recipes."
Yoga Teacher and Spiritual Teacher
Andy is founder of Movement & Mind Yoga, where he teaches 'Traditional Yoga for Modern Times'. His style is suitable for all levels and is a holistic practice encompassing asana, pranayama, meditation and mindfulness.
